The insertion of new peps whit same lvl?
i mean new chainer who will be inserted and are the same lvl as the peps allrdy in the chain ,
there is a rule that say they go down the last of the same lvl
or is just up the order of the chain manager?
this is not for flame but i think sometimes can make peps upset if is not ruled.

I am no chain manager so what I say is not legally binding, but:
It is common practice to put people of the same level who are new, under people who are already in the chain. (real levels not virtual 126+ leves)
there is one exeption, if someone 126+ leaves the chain in good order and without conflict but wishes to return later he or she can be put into the chain close to his virtual level

If you are a new person entering chain you are put under the lowest 126 in chain.

Hiya, the rule is the same, whether someone is 126+ or sub-126. New insertees will be placed into the chain at the lowest possible place. With sub-126s, it is usually very easy to see the reason why; they can only fit into one place. In a case where the new person joining the chain and a current chain member are the same level, the new person will go under the current chain member, sort of as a reward to the character who is already a chain member.
The one exception to this, like Naus brought up, is if a person leaves the chain on good terms, they are generally placed at their true level. One thing he may not have been clear on though, is that the rule (place them at their true level) only applies if the character never left the clan. If they left the chain but not the clan, they are placed at their true level upon insertion, as a reward for remaining loyal to the clan. Everyone else is placed at the lowest place. For Food Chain members, it means below the lowest current 126.
