I cannot swear to brig as he is lvl 92 and I am 97. I have sworn to brutal ua for now.

As I have been chained around just go ahead and leave me out, getting to be finals time so my playing time is sporadic and I can't guarantee when I will be on to swear to someone and when to have someone swear to me.
