Oof hits level 200! (and other news)

Oof finally reached level 200 and I thank all of the chainmembers for making it happen as quickly as it did. 
I have been telling myself for a long time that once I hit 200 I would pull Oof and put him in the bottom of the chain to help pass up some XP to the people who have given me so much XP. Now it's time to do that. I will put Oof at the top of the Food Chain (or the bottom of the OH if prefer to think of it that way). Luang has had the dubious honor of holding the anchor spot for the OH, which meant that every time someone entered the OH Luang loyalty bonus reset again, making it a little harder for him to make his quota. I figured you all have given enough to Oof (plus my loyalty is spec'd and maxed rawr!) that I can take the hit on the loyalty bonus instead.
Also, I wanted to post something about this a long time ago but never took the time to do so. Someone (I think it is was Luang, but don't remember for sure) had posted a suggestion that we rotate the top positions of the chain every so often. Someone else (DL?) had suggested that doing so would help push many, many people to level 200. This is an XP chain, where people join in order to maximize THEIR XP, and not necessarily that of their neighbors. Rotating the top spots as a policy simply want happen, nor should it as a matter of policy, since doing so is somewhat counter intuitive to what typically motivates chain membership.
With all of that being said, I've hit 200 and have decided I want to move down and do what I can to push my chainmates to 200. I am not suggesting or asking that other chain members do the same; however, if, as other people hit 200, they want to move to the bottom of the OH I will be glad to swear to them and be their vassal for a while.
There are a couple of people at the top who I think (my opinion here) should stay at the top, and that is Kazsam and C l o u d. They have been there seemingly forever and the chain would just look weird without their names at the very top. Everyone else, stay at the top and go for 210, or, feel free to join me at the bottom.
Again, thank you all for pushing billions and billions of XP to me over the course of the last couple of year or two.
