The policy is -3.5 mil and orders are posted.
will be no more slacker lists to warn you
as far as those under quota, we're working on it

I think there is something wrong with Downy's numbers. While I get the numbers figured out, she (Downy is a she btw, and she might punch you if call her a he again
) is hunting well above quota.
Nothing wrong with asking either. Like Phade said, 3.5 million under quota is when we have the option to remove people. Unless I am aware of a situation that warrants leaving someone in, people who show failures will have removal orders issued for them. I will check the chain listing again tonight after I get home from work (no time now) and post removals for the appropriate people. If you see someone in the chain listing who is 3.5 million or more under quota, but they don't have removal orders posted for them, it's because they got with the chain managers, let us know of their situation, and assured us they will make up the quota loss quickly.
Failing situations where the cause is unknown to the managers = removal orders. Sometimes even when the cause in known, depending on what's going on.

Ok, something is not right with her numbers! How can buffed be 10 points lower than base?? Oh, logged off with self debuff is how hehe! Ok, answered my own ? here!
Another question: If you have a loyalty and leadership over 210, does it really need to be buffed when ya log off? I thought 200 was max from loyalty for pass-through. Only time you should need to buff that is when your fighting? I buff it anyway just in case and because not sure. Where's that Oof answer

As long as your leadership is an adjusted 163 and your loyalty is an adjusted 200 there isn't technically a need to buff it before you log out because leader 163/loyalty 200 will max the automatic passthrough anyway. Of course, when you're hunting, loyalty is a whole different story but that's not what you're asking.
I try to always buffs my allegiance buffs before logging anyway, just as a good practice. I also always try to log with a fresh set of full buffs on anyway though, so I am ready to hunt as soon as I log in.

Listen guys, the numbers are clearly wrong. I don't know why but I'm really working hard on bringing them up. I've talked with oof and we're still trying to figure out what's wrong.
I'm hunting like mad while waiting for is for the database to be resent and everything will be fine. (there's no way anyone can make up that kind of xp but I'm doing the best I can)
I assure you that you are getting all the precious bits of xp you deserve.

k
& heres my thought on how its happining,- its on a week timer thing, right, point being , not on a daily time calculator, soo, u have me say uploading every day or 2 & i make 3+ mil , & am above qutoa. . .
=3 mil being the needed daily from a week of 21 mil quota. =
soooo it is calculating not on what we do that day but spliting the xp up for us into the weekly (how nice of it)
so say i make 4 mil , & upload it wont show the 4 mil cause its REALLY 4 mil/7 (week)
or if its on 21 day spliting the xp for us then would be (how much u make a day/ 21
thats just my guess hehe, its however the script/program/whatever u call it thats doing the math for us when we upload . .
i do think its lil wierd though sometimes, if u dont upload often it doesnt like u hehe. almost like u have to make double ur quota , (which then again could be explained by it may be in the next week alrdy & u would have to make double in a way)
but i think its fine, im sure this has come up like this many many times & looked @ many many times. i trust it, as it shows good #'s if u upload every day or other day, & maybe if u can only play/upload on the weekend talk w/ someone on whats best thing to do.
just my thoughts

The database keeps the records of the uploads (upload are done during the logout when you have ACStats running). It looks back 21 days from whatever the current day is. It takes all of the uploaded datapoints that fall within that 21 day window, both yours and your vassals uploads. It does the addition/subtraction based on the total numbers there. Where the output looks really weird sometimes, or like it changed too much, typically come from when someone uploads only once a week or so, especially if their vassal also only uploads once a week or so.
If you hunt one day a week for 50 million XP, and your vassal does about the same it is possible that one day when you upload, your 50 million hunting session will have just gotten too old to count toward your quota anymore. Your vassal's 50 million hunting session might still be less than 21 days old (we'll say you hunt on Saturdays and your vassal hunts on Wednesdays). All of a sudden, you lost 50 million XP that was counting toward your quota, but your vassals 50 million update is still counting "against" you.
If you can upload every day or two, it keeps the XP changes smaller and causes a lot smaller changes in the quota output calculations when they are figured.
The quota of 6 million per week for the FC and 12 million per week for the OH works out to about 875K per day and 1.75M per day, respectively. Whether you hunt weekly or daily, it doesn't really mattter, althought hunting for big sessions less often will temporarily cause strange numbers in the chain listing.

I don't know the answer for a fact but I think it is very unlikely that it would. ACStats would have to see the logout command you issue before it starts sending its data. In a server disconnect situation, you got disconnected because you lost connection to the server for too long a period of time, and you would never have had the opportunity to log out properly. The times I have been disconnected I have tried to log in again and the issue a log out command.

ACStats will not upload if you loose conection or get dropped from the game.
Only a proper logout to the charater selection screen will stats upload

LOL, no brack, that would require me being smart.
It is a great idea though and, frankly, one I'm surprised I never thought about doing. I keep thinking I'll post this one more time and I won't need to do it again, but that's just silly because there are new people joining the chain on a regular basis.
Maybe I'll start saving some explanations, and maybe even take the time to write up really good ones.
