A little help plz

I couldn't get acstats to update on one computer so i tried the other, one toon updated on the second but the other is still not updating and i tried like 5 times. Any thoughts?

Check the chars individual updat, does it update there?
If not, check if the key vassal is set correctly
If that doesnt fix it
Go to the supermarket and buy a big bar of chocolate
eat the whole bar
that way you not updating won't seem such a problem anymore

Allana, get AOL to go through our troubleshooting steps for ACStats with you, and I'll check to make sure your characters are added to the FC list correctly.
what are the names?
and i'm assuming FC here, is it FC or CC?
