Removing Ethol the Mad as per request.
Please do the following in the order posted.

1) Oiram find and swear to Zhoa Quan

2) Zhoa Quan please set Oiram as key vassal

if you need to release ethol to make this happen feel free, i'll be sticking him under one of my other guys for leadership bonus anyway

These orders expire Oct 21
