Chain Debt/Credit with other vassels Question

If another vassel OTHER than my chain vassel is sending XP, does that count into against me as far as passup debt is counted in ACStats?
In otherwords if I'm 100% pass up from my chain vassel, but I get another WAPING passup from a NON-chain vassel, do I go into debt, or credit (cause I pass some of that up).

Ranger, I'm hoping you misunderstood his question (or typed debit, but was thinking credit).
My understanding is that, for quota calculation purposes, the only XP that counted as XP that would count "against" you is the XP passed up through the chain vassal.
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE:
I have 12 vassals (one chain vassal, 11 non-chain vassals).
Each vassal gives me 100 million XP per week.
My chain quota that I am required to pass up will be based against the 100 million my chain vassal passed to me. My non-chain vassals' XP will help me meet quota, not make it harder to meet quota.
My FC quota will be 93.75% of 100 million XP per week, plus 6 million additional XP per week.
The above FC quota is correct, yes? The chain quota page doesn't calculate my quota as 93.75% of 100 million XP per vassal (1.2 billion), plus 6 million does it?
To pass up 100% calculating quota the first way means my XP contribution needs to be roughly 6 million XP per week (which my non-chain vassals will make for me). To pass up 100% calculating quota the second way means my XP contribution needs to be roughly 75 million XP per week.
Please advise. ty

xp from other than your chainvassal WILL help you make quota and if you get a huge boost from a nonchain vassal and you allready made the quota, you will be put in CREDIT.
Credit or Debit

From my accounting days in school, Credit and Debit mean 2 different things depending on which way you look at it (not really but can be defined 2 different ways.
When Dumoss said debt, he was correct depending on how ya look at it! The chain would have a debit if it worked like a bank!
Now i hope i really confused everyone

LOL, you probably did.

When I had accounting in school, I remember the teacher saying debit meant left and credit meant right after I messed it on a test. I remember thinking, "that's just dumb" (I hadn't read the accounting book btw).
Here's the short version: non-chain vassals = good

andi if ya put all your non food chain peeps in a chain under your foodchain main all the xp going up will help ya meet quota
thats how im inserting my tinker/skill mule i have grim and johann under him
btw food chain managers (heatmister) ive been sworn into the mini chain for the better part of a week with kelsa and urbain but still havent seen the next set of orders get posted and ive sent up over
73 mill in 4-5 days with no one under me so its kinda getting wasted along with my chance to get a big jump on quota before the heavy work week

The XP you receive from your "other" vassel goes against your chain quota thereby reducing it.
If you're quota is 12 million per week (for example) and your vassel passes up 50 million per week you would pass quota without ever hunting or playing if you choose to do that.
Andiglo, the answer to the question as you asked it is that you go into credit.
If you are still unclear let me know and I'll answer any further questions you have.
