Removing The-Guardian from the chain, please do the following in the order posted.


1) Zhoa Quan, please find and swear to Thundering Mage.

2) Thundering Mage please set Zhoa Quan as keyvassal


These orders expire Sept 24th

Perhaps its time to expand the orders. If anyone in game sees or knows these two, tell them they are about to be sworn around for not reading the boards.

Also, it should be noted that Zhoa Quan was let in the chain based on Highto's promise that he would upload his ACstats for him since he can't do it himself. Against our better judgement, we bent the rule requiring everyone to do their own uploading. His data is now invalid, which means, just as we thought, he is not getting his updates in. This in and of itself is grounds for removal.

Actually, i think this has been done. I havent seen TM in game lately, but i swear i remember him say something about it being done. I will call him and get him to upload asap. Hes been a busy lil bee lately.

*edit* I just looked at TM on the FC listing, he has Zhoa as a vassal AND set as key vassal.

So, Zhoa is just not uploading.

We may still have to boot him if he can't send in an upload.
If anyone see Highto, let him know he needs to get Zhoa's update in.

That will be his first and final warning. We generally don't take people who can't upload themselves anyway and this is a prime example of why.

yup, unstickying it now, however the fact that both parties do not check the boards is bothering me, something is going to have to be done.

I removed The Guardian from the chain listing. Phade, I'm not sure but think Zhoa might not read/write English (I think someone told me that). Highto has been relaying information and generally Zhoa has done what a chainer does: hunt and make quota. I'll try to verify whether language is a barrier. If so, I'll see if Highto wants to assume the responsibility to making Zhoa aware of board activities. Posting orders in different languages isn't an option because even if the other board members could read the posts, I couldn't.

Phade, I will talk to TM about checking the boards. He is a good friend of mine and i promised id keep an eye out on the boards for him but if he needed to reply to anything he would do it himself.

zhoa checks boards daily and so do i all though i some time forget to update seral times after an insertion like Oof said Zhoa and myself check boards at least evry other day and do more than what is required of us. We are adults older adults with real lives. haveing been in chain for awhile and since i do wathch boards like suposed to i see that sometimes certain manegers quick to writgh snappy coment these are insulting to some people. i have had vassels that go weeks without passing and they get breaks but a player who hass maintined exlent pass up rate Ie:Zhoa and always in the green you guys are ready to Boot as was put Oof thanks as always for you positive out look. and i do know not easy job people and aprecete it that one the resons iv leveled sevral chian pushers sevral times whith alot help from zhoa hes always in my weekend pusher fellow.
