where is this is ? i am tied to the hot drop of vod and cant seem to ever find this thing? please help

The VOD LS is located outside the OP rim dorp.

To get there the shorts way is Aerlinthe, to Northwest Dires, OP rim, the ls is with in sight of the the OP Rim drop.

The other easy way to get there, if you have access to Caul Island, is to go to the Sing Bore dungeon (the dungeon you get to Caul from) and just take the surface portal. It drops you there.
