Pls excuse me

My subscription has been detered as of right now. The credit card i have used expired but has been renewed to a few days now. The problem is that billing has not accepted it for some reason. The billing support has been minimal. There is no phone # for it, so i sent in my problem through their e-mail service. Hopefully it will be fixed within the next couple of days. If not i will regretfully post my removal order. I hope that my place will be saved in line =P. If anyone has had this problem before please enlighten me how to resolve it.

They are generally pretty good about answering e-mails quickly.
Glad you got is sorted out.
