Once Zhoa Quan is sworn to Dark Emmissary then Zal can be released.

Phade has orders posted for Zhoa and Dark.

Thanks for your patience Zal.....watch the post by Phade about those 2...once it is complete then your removal can be completed.

Something needs to happen with this. Zhoa is 119 and dark emissary 118. Maby Zhoa swears to The-Guardian instead?
