Change in OH Removal/Reinsertion Policy

After discussion among the OH managers, we have decided to modify how removal and reinsertions in the OH will work. The primary goal of the policy change is to not have any more removals than is needed. Hopefully, this policy will encourage members to do what they need to in order to stay in the chain.

This is what was added to the FC/OH Policy thread.
Reinsertion of Removed OH Members
OH members who have been removed from the chain may be reinserted into the chain if they desire. Members who are first time removals will be reinserted at the bottom of the OH. Members who have been removed repeatedly are welcome to apply to be placed in the Food Chain, but will not be placed in the OH again until they have completed a 21 day trial period in which they have shown the ability to meet the OH quota.
If you don't get removed, it won't affect you (though it will help the ones currently at the bottom of the OH). If you are removed, what we were doing before was having you wait 10 days in a "holding pen" while we trakced your XP. This way, if you are removed and would like back in the OH, we can put you in right away. Granted, you be have moved to the bottom of the OH, but it is still above the entire Food and Casual Chains structure, so it still free XP.

Just double checking, but, this doesn't affect people that are out of the chain atm for a promotion correct?

hehe

Struck me as funny when I read that.

It's for people that are removed various reasons. If you are moving up, that's not a removal. True, you have to get yourself out of the chain, but you don't have to put your nose in the corner. :)
