Here is something I'm wanting to do.

Tell me what you think of this idea please.

Hopefully, you are aware we are in the process of setting up pusher fellows in different places so chain members can easily push some XP into the bottom of the Food Chain.

Here's my idea. I would like to organize a major hunting party at some point with each of these pusher fellows. That is, I would like to get a lot of us together and, all at the same time, go hunt for an hour or two some Saturday afternoon. We currently have 5 or 6 different pusher characters sworn in near the bottom of the chain. We could easily get 40 people hunting at the same time, with all of us pushing XP into the bottom of the chain.

We currently have pushers at VoD, the NW room of the Marketplace (for the AL dungeons), near Brighteyes the Tailor (for AL surface hunting), Aerlinthe, and Caul. We can move them as appropriate, including maybe putting one in Asheron's castle. If we can get enough people to hunt at the same time, I'm thinking we can push 100 million an hour into the bottom of the chain.

So.... I am going to try to get hunting parties together for sometime this Saturday afternoon EST, probably sometime between 12 and 3. That time will make things availabe from Europe to the West Coast US. What I need are volunteers to help run one of the fellows. If we need to, we can put all of the pushers into different fellowships and take 40 people to Asheron's Island. There is a never-ending supply of 117K bugs over there to kill. Please post here with your thoughts about this, and whether you can help.

I AM planning on being there Saturday and hunting on Asheron's Island. If you have a favorite place to hunt and can lead a fellow to maximize XP on Saturday, post that here and we will try to set a bot in the right place ahead of time.

I'm in with two characters. Whether I'm manning them or they are bots, they are near the bottom and count as pushers. If my roommate is around, then we'll be live and playing them. I, at least, should be live for it. I'll probably opt for Asheron's Island or Valley of Death, myself.

That would be hilarious if we could push that much xp into the bottom.

Could be done, but requires a helluva lot of planning and organization.

Heatmiser, is that a volunteer to hunt Saturday? I know this Saturday doesn't allow for any planning time, but we might be able to throw something together short notice as a proof-of-concept.

For everyone who might wonder if it is a doable thing, Xanfyrst's reply should help with your doubts some. He's been there, and done that. Thanks for the input Xanfyrst; it remains to be seen about our organizational abilitiies.

Acaddict, you helping your brother move this Saturday isn't a problem. Just make sure you move him to a place that has broadband access and leave an AC CD near his computer for him. Thank you for the XP last night too. A few more folks putting in 27 million and the lowers of the chain will be buying you guys majors and stuff.

I solved our dilema as to where to put a bot on Asheron's Isle too.

Lets give it a go.

Let's plan on meeting at the mansion around noon EST on Saturday to gauge how many people might be able to hunt for a while, and we'll talk it up on MJ chat too, to let people know what is going on.

Xanfyrst, you would be a welcome addition any time you want to hunt with any of us, bots or otherwise.

Luang, I think EST is 5 hours behind GMT, but I'm not sure with the daylight savings time thing we do here. As I post this, it is 10:20 in the morning, Florida time. I'm thinking about checking on participation levels around noon, an hour and a half from now.

We can meet at the mansion and decide from there what to do. If it doesn't work out for today, we'll try to actually plan something for next weekend at a time you all can tell me. And thanks to everyone who has expressed an interest in helping with this.

I for one will be there, ready and standing attention. In fact I'm there now!
