Would I get totally worked over with about 375 base dagger and melee? Buffs to around 466 dagger and 456 melee. I didn't plan on going there right when I hit 100, but if I can hack it, I just might.

In a good fellow, you'll have mage vulns to piggyback, and also the strength of numbers.

A good melee mod on your weapon is useful here. If you go in and have trouble, or if you want to hunt them early, you may want to consider building an AR weapon just for melee purposes. Say, a Fire Dirk with a high melee mod and tinked up a few times with brass.

When I 1st started there, I used an AR 130mod +19 bow. I tinked it up with brass and use it for situations where the melee mod is useful. Now my melee buffs into the high 480s and I use an AR 166mod +8. I get hit with this bow, but I evade enough to handle the place solo in most cases.

To be more specific, a weapon with a +8melee mod, Defender7, and a buffed melee of 461 will evade a Devastator 95% of the time. (Statistically)

With the same variables, you will evade groups of Devastators 70% of the time. (Statistically)

That sounds pretty good, but you have to keep in mind that mostly, they will indeed be encountered in groups. 70% evade is 3 hits in 10, but when there's 4 of them making 3 hits in 10, it can do quite a bit of damage. (Especially when you consider the fact that hits for 30 and 40+ points are not uncommon through AL 300+ armor with full banes and prots.)
