hunt there butt off get alota exp "banked" or "credit" what ever we call it.so they dont haver to worry about qouta...

like if i would go on vacation or something for a week or 2? is it possable to do this?

Yes, you can hunt and build up a reserve of XP. If you hunt enough the last week before you go, and are only gone for a week or two, you should be fine. If you were gone for three weeks or longer, all of the xp you had earned would be so old it wouldn't be used for calculations.

Just make sure you hammer it the last week before you leave.
