Removing Ziedan and Amplyt Ultym for quota failure. (Ziedan -12 million, Amplyt Ultym -31 million). Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Xbowman break from Amplyt Ultym and swear to Heatmiser

2) Heatmiser set key vassal to Xbowman.

3) Post when complete.

Ziedan and Amplyt Ultym are both eligible for re-entry into the chain. If they would like back in, we will track their XP for 10 days. Upon satisfactory XP production, they will be reinserted into the chain. See the Official Food Chain Policy post for details.
