Removing Ydnar and Oneman for failure to upload.

Thrill: Add Azryel II to your friends list and swear to him when you see him on.

Azryel II: Add Thrill to your friends list and get him under you when you see him on. Reset your key vassal to reflect this change.

OK THIS BEING THE 3RD TRY TO POST SOMETHING ON THESE BLASTED BOARDS MAYBE JUST MABYE THIS WILL WORK

COUPLE WEEKS AGO I ASKED PANZER FOR HELP WITH MY ACCOUNT AS I WAS HAVEING PROBLEMS UPDATEING ON THE NEW SCREENS AND DOWNLOADS FOR XP AND CHAIN STATS .. AS I REALIZE HE IS A BUSY MAN I HAVE WAITED PATIENTLY FOR HIM TO HELP [AS HE SAID HE WOULD] NOT ATTACKING OR ANYTHING BUT NOW IT SEEMS THAT THE HELP AMOUNTS TO GETTING ME KICKED OUT OF THE CHAIN ?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I HAVE TRIED EVERY THING I COULD THINK OF TO GET POSTED TO GET WORKING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN ........ TO NO AVAIL ....... I KEPT HOPEING THAT I WOULD NOT BE FORGOTTED BUT WOULD HAVE THE HELP BOTH ASKED FOR AND PROMISSED ...

I FIND NOW THAT EVEN THO I AM 3 LEVELS HIGHER THEN MY VASSAL AND ONLY 1 LEVEL UNDER MY PATRON [140] THAT I SEEM TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CHAIN .... WITH THE LOSS OF THE RANK NOW NOT A SINGLE ONE OF MY MAJORS WILL WORK BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO REGAIN MY PLACE IN THE CHAIN .....................................................................................................

1. Do not use all caps.

2. Nobody said you were hated.

3. Did you try getting help from anyone else other than Panzer? Like another chain admin? or a fellow guildmate?

4. Now that we finally have your attention, we will try and work with you to get the problem resolved. Your removal order wasn't marked in blood.

5. We are still rank 9. The highest rank requirement on any item is 8.

6. Please do not attack the Chain admins. We're just doing our jobs.

However let me state, Board participation and ACStats are both requirements for the chain. If technical difficulties prevent you from doing either or both, I'm afraid there won't be anything we can do for you.

to add to what dave has said, if you are having problems posting, you would know right away, when you update and a couple of days later your upload did not take hold you can see by the post date shown.

after asking 1 person for help and not recieving it, you can always ask other people, there are currently 4 Chain admins and several chain participants that all have acstats working that could help you.

I personally had not heard from you, nor have I seen a post from you on this.

communication is a big part of success here, the better the communication, the more productive and enjoyable things are.

patience is one thing, waiting for someone else to take care of your problem is something else.

I would be happy to do what I can to help you out with getting acstats working, and if we can't you can always find a fellow chain member to upload for you, I've said this same thing to many others in your position and helped 90% of them, the other 10% had other's upload for them in the end.

Everyone knows what is required by the chain, its listed in a sticky post and refferenced off the application thread.

you have many tools available for help, please make use of them.

Like I said, find me online tonight and I'll help you out, but I can't help if you don't come to me.

Hmm. I don't know what else to add. Well said Dave and Phade. Im truely sorry you had to be removed. I hate having to boot anyone. But you guys don't get your uploads in, don't read the boards, don't let any of the chain managers know whats going on, and then get upset when you are removed. Panzer is the monarch. As such he helps with the chain when he can, but he does have a clan to run, so you're best off bringing problems to the attention of CHAIN MANAGEMENT.

...and lastly....

CHECK THE CHAIN LIST IN MY SIG OFTEN. If something is screwy with your data, then its up to you to get it fixed. If you can't get the issue resolved then you can't be in the chain. Im sorry but we can't run this thing without ACstats. If you can't upload, or get somebody to upload for you, then you can't be in the chain.

and finally....

READ THE BOARDS. This is not directed at anyone in particular, just a general comment. When I talked to the people involved in this move, nobody seemed to know anything about it, which tells me you are not reading the boards. Just pop in every few days and scan the chain forum. How hard can that be? Its also a requirement for the chain, if anyone bothered to read the policy.

Thank you for getting this done though Az. Oneman, I really am sorry. We're just following policy. Get your ACstats uploaded and we'll get you back in.

Oh and Thrill, UPLOAD YOUR ACstats so we can get your data set for this new move.

Man, sometimes I feel more like a chain mommy than a chain manager.
You guys all know the drill. If you can't get it done, we have to remove you. Thats just the way it is.

dave how can i be rank 9 [or even recall to the mansion] as i am no longer in the chain??

phade in your signature you list food chain people you also were going to post a list of people that needed to work harder on their quota i checked that often and never once seen my name listed other then the time before the big mess up and i corrected my defeciency on that problem. it was my understanding that removal names would be posted before actual removal [what i was doing was watching the boards as often as i could and if i was listed as a removal then i was going to ask more help from the chain managers..but i must have missed that part of the postings because first i knew of really huge problem with what was going on is when i was removed .........

would type more but have to go to work now

If you are still rank 9 it means you have not yet been sworn around. Thrill was your Rank 9 vassal but he is now under Azyrll... he can't have 2 patrons.

As far as "removal warning lists" are concerned, you are right, we make every possible effort to compile that list for your reading. Here's the thing though: It's not our responsibility to tell you that you are having problems. It's your responsibility to know if you are failing to upload to ACStats or whatever.

If you still want in, PM me, and I'll post a new insertion order for you.

I also posted on the boards that my drive crashed. One of the requirements of being in the food chain is that you read the boards.

I was out for a week due to the crash.
