Im not sure that Pod is going to be promoted like the rest of the chain, given the situation that you just mentioned.

Also Im not sure Pod is looking to be promoted anyway so the question is sort of a moot point.

The only reason we let Pod in like that is because even though he and his roomie have a lot of guys at the bottom, they are basically only over one character. (Borg, which is Oof's guy.)

Oof doesn't mind this set up and Pod's guys and Oof's guy push more xp from the very bottom than Oof alone. So we figured even with the presence of the extra guys Pod has in, it still would pass more xp and be better for the chain as a whole.
