Abstention from voting if 12 mil. are voluntary.
No if it is planned to "silently" introduce the 12 mil. cap to the complete FC.

The "lowest Order member" will be screwed. His vassal has a 6-mil-cap, but he has to deliver 12 mil.

And frankly - isn't administering the current FC tough enough ? The invention of the "Order" will it make even more complicated....

(edited to remove some stuff capable of starting flamefests )

It's easy to say new xp cap will be 12 million...and easy for everyone to sign up saying ME ME ME.....but how many are gonna actually make that 12m pass-up?...hell ..right now 6 m seems to be a MAJOR prob for almost 1/2 of whats left of our chain....it's the ones who NEVER log on to play that hurt everyone else...not the ones who make their quota....plus waiting until the threat of removal is there is NOT the reason to finally log in and play catch up.

ALSO

If Turbine NERFS tuskers xp to make them more in line with how easy they are to kill...then all this FAST EASY XP is GONE!!!!....making 12m a week passup might not be as easy as you think after our next patch!

Now DL is making some good points
Didn't think about the Monster Rebalancing when posting.

I would suggest to keep the current policy at least for 2,3 months until we know how the first wave of monster rebalancing will change the XP every individual does by a) normal gameplay and b) powerhunting.

Of course everyone is invited to produce more XP than the 6 mil. And if the high end of the chain makes its own
"Gentle(wo)mens' Agreement" to use a higher cap than the official 6 mil. its ok

And if someone does lack behind others while still fulfilling the current quota (s)he will be sworn around anyway.

IMHO more important than changing the policy will be to be more flexible and quick when resorting the chain by swearing around or inserting new blood. This is the responsibility of the administrators, but even more of each chain member to act in a timely manner by reading the board and act a.s.a.p.

What I had planned on doing was sticking an xp pusher at the bottom of the chain between the FC and the 'Order' (and i hadn't mentioned ths yet because I haven't had time) that will push xp to the lowest man in the 'order' chain

people that are having trouble with 6 mil quota (and it can be done easily without macroing) will probably want to stay in the current FC.. which will leave them closer to the top and greater xp rewards for that ..

OK, thanks for the votes so far.
What we are looking for here is votes, not opinions.

Either you agree or disagree with the proposal. Arguing and debating here is kinda like advertising at the polling place .....its not allowed.

If you want to start a debate thread by all means do so, but here, we are just voting. The instructions were clear, vote "YES" or "NO". Nothing more nothing less.

Everything has been explained clearly in the first post. I explained why there was delay to bring this plan forward. I explained how it would work. I explained that it is voluntary. There is no hidden agenda. The FC will remain the same, just with a high quota for 126ers who want to do it.

Thanks.
