I have 5 mana conversion tessera that someone gave me a long time back because I figured buffy could use them. I could hand those in now, rather than later, since she is already getting pretty expensive to raise. That would let us know today. I'm guessing Lag would prefer not to wait two weeks to find out for sure on the tessera question.
Lag, Ranger Du'Moss II is the database guy who can look at the detailed records and see what was posted. I think Panzer can too, but I'm not sure about that.

Oh, here's another thought too Lag, and this may be what is causing this. The quota numbers shown on the page are based from the last time you updated. How long was it between the last time you updated and when you updated after the hand-ins?
Your quota number will stay "stuck" at one number until you update again. Using Acaddict as an example, because it's the most drastic one going probably right now. He still shows 140%, even though he is gone on vacation. His status shows invalid because it's been a while since he updated. As soon as he logs in and updates (and keep in the mind the update happens when you log out, not in) his 140% is going to take a dive in a big way.
That may be what happened with your numbers. Just a thought.

Tesserae do not count towards Total XP/Unassigned XP, therefore whatever XP amount they "simulate" in the respective skill is NOT passed up to the patron.
As for the 35M/hour VOD of the same day - without knowing the exact details of your XP history I can imagine the following scenario :
Yesterday you made 4 hours * 35M = 140mil.
21 days before that you made 5 hours * 40M = 200 mil.
Today - although yesterday's 140mil. seem much - you are "60 mil. in minus" because the 200mil. drop out of the quota period.
If the quota drop happens on the very same day we would have to check the exact upload times of today and 21 days ago....
The only reason why a "calculation inconsicency" could occur is when Passed and/or Received XP do the "4 billion wrap-around" when starting at 0 again.
I don't know whether our current web page code takes care of this problem (if it is possible anyway).
Can you check whether your Patron-, or Chain-Vassal-XP are extemely low now, indicating that it recently crossed the 4-billion-boundary (hmmm I can check as well on your Detail page
).
Edit : Compadre shows ~790mil from Lagmatic, Lagmatic shows ~3.7 bil. from his chain vassal. So apparently the wrap between Compadre and Lagmatic happened a few days ago ?

You are wrong here. My 'XP to next level' increases in treestats and acstats, as does my total XP amount. That isn't in question. Just look at my total xp from 2 days ago, then look at yesterday. Unless you suspect I hunted for 1/2 billion in one day. =)Trekman wrote:Tesserae do not count towards Total XP/Unassigned XP, therefore whatever XP amount they "simulate" in the respective skill is NOT passed up to the patron.
I know people would like to explain this away as a misunderstanding on my part, but I've used the teeth and tessera before in this scenario, and every time, I've shot waaaaay ahead of quota. I've done this.. 3 times so far I think.
My passup to Compadre rolled over. I assume this had something to do with it. If so, we have to get the code changed to recognize this. It isn't a good thing that everybody has to fight tooth and nail to get somebody to adjust this manually.

I sent a request to Ranger to pull the detailed data from your history. I am assuming the database keeps the updates as transactions; it would have to in order to work I think. Anyway, give Ranger a few days to pull the data and look at what did/did not happen with the database.
I'm sure you will anyway, but please keep in mind the Ranger is like the rest of hired help around here; it's all volunteer and all worked around other commitments, so it might take a few days.

Nakamuro Zataki way back on previous page wrote:Treestats/acstats calculate your total xp by summing the xp spent into all stats and skills.
Your total xp is 4.2billion, it can not go above that. What treestats and acstats says is based on summing up all your xp that you have in stats, skills and unassigned and presenting that as your "total" xp. This is a virtual lie. If you get xp into your skill the "virtual total xp" will appear to increase, everything goes into the skill, and none of that is passed up.Lagmatic in response to Trekman wrote:You are wrong here. What Zat's saying is accurate. Also, to test this, Go untrain or unspec something with treestats running. It will show you that you leveled when you did not.

ash tooth xp and tessera xp isn't passed, same goes for scroll of dark rain. as far as going under, apparently you made a lot of xp 21 days ago and that xp was flushed out or something.. there's no other way to explain it. the system just doesn't lose xp.

You can hack a computer by using a lightbulb and a cleverly written java program...
No joke. The light energy will with a small probability introduce an error in the memory, which is filled with pointers. With some luck this error points to new executable code... blamo... you are hacked.
Probability of success was about 70% or so...
Ofcourse it requires physical access to the computer, and if you got that there are easier ways to hack it... but still.

Well, I thought I'd put my two cents in. Tonight I turned in 3 Loyalty Tessera to max it out. Then I sold loyalty and got the 4.something billion back. Then I put 3 biilion into Magic D and then used my Scroll of Dark Rain to Max Magic D out. Then I put the left over billion into Xbow, Quick, and back into Loyalty.
The point is, I went from level 161 to 165, and none of that was passed up.
Kitoko did something similar with weapon tinkering, and nothing was passed, infact he was still failing after he did it.
