:/ That means I must have dropped connection. I'll see if I can get a hold of my roommate, or I'll just stop by during lunch in a few minutes.Heatmiser wrote:I donate a buff cycle or two every now and then. Im trying to test something out of marketplace right now but Poddy's guy isn't on.

Yes Druhsk, anyone who wants to hunt with one of the pushers in a fellow is more than welcome to do so. Thank you for your willingness to do that too.
The pusher on the VoD LS will share XP without loss for all of the dires critters between the LS and also all of VoD. For what it's worth, I portaled Oof out to the Inculcation Cells area and he was passing back XP from those critters with only a little bit of loss.

why no fellows
Every time but once in almost 2 weeks, i have not seen Another BM (and that don't stand for bowel movement) with a fellow going. It is not hard to find him...He lives on top of the ls at VOD. I led a fellow tonight (I must say a very good spawn was everywhere we hunted) and the pusher leveled 2x in 3 hours (75-77 i think)!! I really wish others would try to donate 1/4 that xp to those pushers.
High level peops can only have fun with that! If we push the bottom, we can only see higher level followers pushing us!
There are rumors going around that people are better off staying in the casual chain till level 115 or so (probably a fact until about a week ago)! Lets push the food chain from the bottom all!!! I can't be the only one fellowing with these pusher fellows!

I second what Acaddict just said. The fellow last night pushed 55 million into Another BM. The last time I checked his numbers with Borg, he was pushing 37% of the XP up (might be a little more than that now because I'm not POSITIVE his loyalty bonus was completely maxed before).
There are others hunting with him, and I know I'm going to miss some names, but I do know Highto Last is very good about hunting with him, Olo'rin has been there before I think, Oof hunts almost exclusively with Another BM unless I am busy helping someone with something, Panzerfaust has hunted with him, I know I'm missing several people because I just woke up and am still sleepy.
Acaddict is the main one putting XP into the bottom of the chain. I don't remember all of the numbers but it seems like the last four nights have been 20 million, 20 million, 73 million (this counted some other people durign the day too), and 55 million from last night. The chain page doesn't reflect that average yet because it's only been about a week since we started trying to test this again. If we could keep this up with BM for another two weeks, the numbers will be very impressive, but I think BM will be too big for that very soon. He's currently 79, and there is now another person under Borg in the chain so we need to rearrange some things now. Thank all of you very much. These efforts can only help the chain.
Along that line, it looks like the pusher idea can work. All I have been trying to do is to determine whether the chain members might support using pusher fellows to help out the bottom of the chain. It looks like there is a small handful of people who are willing to do that, and the number of people involved will grow as we continue the effort.
With that said, I will post something soon that will outline the requirements for having a pusher character at the bottom of the chain and will try to get other people (with characters low enough to fit under the bottom) involved in being pusher bots and in hunting with pusher bots. More info on this soon; it should be great for the chain.
Also, don't forget: We opened the Food Chain up to levels 50 and above now, so this is an opportunity to get your friends who have lower level characters in the FC and passing you XP if you like.

Sorry
Sorry Oof, had a request to keep you out of the fellow tonight (well, i slipped ya in on the last buff LMAO) Prolly only got 15 million, but that is approximately 5 million passed to the bottom. Another BM really looked lonely at the ls and kinda upset me when....see next paragraph
The problem i have is, i saw a Panzer fellow buffing in bay one from VOD LS and Another bm was at the ls with no fellow!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to suggest that they get the pusher in fellow (absolutely no response from that). The only response i got was "Don't drag that stuff on me......we're buffing" OMG, I was standing right there to make sure they wouldn't get hit more than once by the silver tusker! Not going to name names, but they were over level 130! I know it can be irritating to have crap dragged on ya while buffing but, they acknowledged i was there by saying don't drag stuff on me! It was a stupid tusker and a low level one at that!
My whole point is that i saw 5-7 allegiance fellow in bay one with Another bm standing on the VOD ls not in a fellow......what i up with that? The whole fellow was panzerfaust!! No one in this clan should have a problem adding to the bottom!
Oh, grats on level 80 for the pusher Oof hahahaha! Now, if we could find a pusher that didn't level we would be set

We know how the MP-AL fellowships work - dungeons in various places but in same landblock database.
Now we have a new island with new dungeons - Asheron's Island and the Matron Hives.... Swarm Mutiliators are 117K per kill
- XP that are crying to be shared in a pusher fellowship
Either did Turbine use another landblock implementation to prevent exploits - or they did it the same way as AL and there is a spot in Osteth (maybe even the marketplace too) that can be used as for the AL dungeons.
Did someone check that yet ?
If not I will use my mule account on my notebook to check ....

Trekman, as odd as this sounds, I believe the Asheron's Island dungeons, the AL dungeons, and the MP all share the same landblock. I will try to remember to verify this tonight when I get home from work, but am almost postive this is correct. So... we could have half a fellowship in Lacuna or the Gauntlet and the other half of the fellowship in the 80+ AI dungeon, and all sharing the same XP.

Ranger, congratulations on 17 days of non-smoking and counting.
What Ranger said is true, not every LD fellowship in VoD is made up of all Food Chain members. It is also (obviously) not a requirement that all LD fellowships in VoD fellow with one of the pushers, though it would be really nice for the FC and OH if everyone did.
One thing I would like to comment on though, is something Ranger posted:
Sometimes they say no, sometimes they say yes. I'm nice about it, but if I'm holding the fellowship and have a pusher in it, if people want to hunt in the fellow I'm holding, they will hunt with the pusher. So far, I don't think anyone has ever gotten mad at me or made a fuss about it.

If I am the one holding the fellowship, the first person I am going to fellow in will be the pusher. I will tell anyone who asks about joining the fellow that we have a pusher, but that the new person is welcome to join if they would like. (Right now, some of the main XP producers we have for the pusher are people who hunt on a regular basis in the fellows run by Acaddict, but who aren't even in the clan!)Even if one or two are in the FC chain and the rest are are not, the non-FCers will have no love for the a pusher bot and will not allow them in (even if chainer holds fellow).

Matron Hive East has been verified to evenly share with Marketplace.Oof wrote:Trekman, as odd as this sounds, I believe the Asheron's Island dungeons, the AL dungeons, and the MP all share the same landblock. And although it does not matter to most of you, I post a little correction to what has been disturbing me since the beginning of those XP-Sharing exploits

AL-, AI-dungeons and MP obviously share the same landblock database - or whatever the boundary for XP sharing is. And probably dungeons in a few other places too ? Cauln Island ? Vesayen Isles ?
But they do NOT share the same landblock.
If you enter the command /loc you see the landblock number. And also the /lb command of Meginjarder shows it.
There we see that all those dungeons have/are different landblocks, sometimes even consist of more than one landblock. Therefore "share the same landblock" is not precise

If they really would share the same landblock you would never find "overdue corpses", for instance in Mowen room.
And the server(s) would have hell of work to do to manage it.
But all that does not matter - the main thing is I do not have to run across Aphus Laggel for to share some XP....just one Primary Portal Recall directly into the action

Ah yes, you are right Trekman. Count it as laziness on my part for not being technically accurate (which is odd, because I'm normally picky about such things).
