ARG GAH ETC

FINALLY got my internet connection back up (thought i had it working saturday but nooo), but it's running at like 28k modem speed right now and i'm perplexed by it. Anyways, I don't think making the move is a good idea. These will be the results

less xp for me - shrug, i don't really care
less xp for the chain - dl loses her 240 hrs sworn to me so the % passup she has going will go down.. part of the reason she's been able to become eligible is due to her hours sworn
less xp for DL - When I meet quota I only go to like 100-102% of the quota, not overall.. I generally hover around 97% overall, so DL would actually lose xp by being promoted.

that's my two cents.. anyways, this will be taken care of in 24 hours, regardless of how my internet is going.

I need to go buy a new network cable, I've decided that's why my connection is as fast as an oak tree growing. I have class in the morning and will grab a cable on my way home.. should be online around 3:00 pm est if all goes well and will be IG the rest of the day/evening.

got a new network cable, still isn't doing the trick, think i need yet another one to go between my hub and bridge.. thought it was ok, but apparently no. Anyways, I'm going to try to log in and see what happens. I'll give oof my account info if it's a no go. BTW, read and respond to first post on this page

EDIT - Still a no go.. Managed to log in and update my stats though. I gave my account info to Oof. btw, at my last update (17 days ago), I had a 22m cushion, so i'm not actually that far behind.. although I'll still make it all up and then some once i can play

This move is temporarily frozen. Nobody do anything pending input from the rest of the chain managers on the manager's forum.

We'll post new orders, or continue with this move as soon as everyone is made aware of the situation.

DL: Yes, however wait until Phade has given the word officially.

Lagmatic: To be eligible for promotion, a member must have been at the required XP levels last Saturday and ASK for the promotion explicitly.

Uh, no, the way I believe it worked was, if you were at least 5% higher than your patron (%Quota) and at least 110% overall, at the time Phade checked it (last weekend), and you requested it, the promotion would occur.

Best double check with Phade of course as I may be mistaken about one or more aspects of it.
