Removing Ian Mac per request for placement in the 100 million chain. Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Kitoko swear to Town Crier

2) Town Crier set key vassal to Kitoko

I think Kitoko is West Coast US, though I don't remember for sure. Also not sure if that really helps.
