Removing Mental for failure to upload. Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Kyri swear to Smiley

2) Smiley set key vassal to Kyri

3) Post here when complete.

Mental, if you decide you would like in the chain again, you are welcome to join. You aren't being removed for failure to make quota, so there won't be a waiting period involved. You were removed because your data got updated and maintaining current statistics is a requirement of chain membership.
