The chain is a completely seperate seat of governing people from the HC.

Very very rarely does the HC step into the chain business. These cases are few and far between.

The chain managers hold all responsability of both the Casual and Food chains.

They are all good at doing their jobs.

As far as having a voice in the chain or the clan for that matter. Everyone is entitled to it. And each and every person I would hope would feel encouraged to speak up and let their thoughts be heard.

They can post, PM, email, or IM any of us to speak about something that is on their mind.

The stance taken is that of the integrity of the clan.

Fresh perspectives are always a good idea, and communication is the key to getting them.

A lot of people see things everyday that others do not. So bring those opinions forward and let them be heard. If they or anyone is scared or hesitant to do it publicly they can do it via the private methods mentioned above. Heck they can go straight through me. I would openly welcome any of them.
