Silly server crashes. I guess the stricter compliance with quota goes into effect sometime after they fix the servers.

I don't know about the warning idea of there not being one. i play on weekends. Sometimes i have lots of time others i just dont. I allways make quota, but sometimes i log in a little in debt (never over 6 mill) but that is enough to get me removed i guess. Maybe a day before you post removal orders? it takes about two hours to pass that...

We will probably still post warning orders, but they will be different from before. In the past, warning orders were,
"You are behind quota, you have X amount of time to get into compliance."
Now, warning orders will be more along the lines of,
"You are getting close on your quota, you might want to log in and check on your XP because you don't want that jerk Oof removing you."
Or something along those lines anyway. Everyone has the responsibilty to track and manage their own XP contributions to the chain. The managers will continue to do our best not to have to remove people from the chain, and that will most likely include friendly reminders when people are close to getting into trouble with quota. Everyone please keep in mind this does NOT mean a manager has a requirement to post a warning to people before removal orders are posted. One or more of the managers will try to keep a proactive eye on how people are doing and try to post reminders before people actually get behind on quota.
We had some trouble logging into Solclaim and staying connected earlier this week. Because of that, I decided to hold off a couple of more days before I started processing any needed removal orders. Of course, the idea is that we will never need removal orders.
