Problem with stats?

Hey, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong here.

I logged in and out to update, find I'm 8M behind. So I grind out 2.5 hours and earn 60M. Log out/in, then I'm down 10M! Figuring its some kinda bug, I put in another hour and 27M. Now I'm 9M behind!

Same patron/vassal for the last 2 months, way beyond 240 hours. maxed out leader loyal plus vassals nearly full up.

Anybody got a clue whats throwing my stats sideways?

I mean, 87M, I should have made quota twice over.

Even assuming everybody was online at midnight to 3AM EST, and grinding out the XP, and pretending the chain made me say... 10M/hr (never happens) I still made enough to make quota.
