I think if we're gonna rely on it, we should allow those big nerds like me who want to look at it a chance to review it.

[I'm not looking for the publicly-available code from acstats.com, I'd like to see what we're using on our website.]

Like any code, it's intellectual property. It would be up to Ranger to release it, which would be unlikely.
