Question about Food Chain Page
Does the Chain page rearrange characters based on the updates, or do Ranger, Oof, Phade or whomever have to change it. Just curious, not a complaint. I was just wondering when the page will reflect the new OH movements. I've been hunting like crazy, and I'm curious to see my bank. I've also been spending time in my house when I sleep (like Urassa) to work on my loyalty bonus.

Order of the chain page is a manually process for the chain managers at this time (I am working on autosort code).
When moves happen the chain managers do not unflag you from being in the chain.
Once the moves are complete, and key vassal set correctly
your new numbers are loaded into the system once you upload again.
But this does not effect where you are listed on the chain page.
Managers must manually set you there after the insertion/moves are complete.
It is true that after an insertion, or move is complete those parties should upload. This way the system knowns the starting values for the new vassal/patron. No hunting numbers will be lost if uploaded are done after the moves are made.
Also calulations in the stats page are based on what numbers you upload and your numbers alone. So it does not mater where you are displayed on the stats page.

Thanks Ranger, as always, thanks for the great job. Just thinking about code and all that you have to do to make that page work, hurts my head. I have a hard enough time remember what I need to do so that my arrests don't get thrown out in court, lol!

next question
Ok, does key vassal automatically get stared when we upload or is that also something done manually? I think Azryel is moving this weekend and he may have forgotten to set me as key vassal as i am not starred in his stats page!

The key vassal is stored automatically as soon as you update.
The only thing that is manual about this who is shown above whom on the chain page listing. Keep in mind too, that even if you are shown in the wrong spot, your quota numbers will be right. The math Ranger is using in the database works based on the actual XP numbers you have going into/out of your character, and does not look at the arrangement of characters on the chain page. The order of characters is just to make things pretty for us all.
