it would seem that "no" would be the proper answer due to the fact that wasnt that what the OH was created for? but id would have to say why not target a different area rather than xp directly. target it indirectly by raising the requied leadership/loyalty skill to an appropriate level. i can see clan member getting frustrated because they are trying to get into the OH, but due to lack of xp flow and hunting are progressing slowly to 126.
but then again, where are they hunting xp at? if say your level 100 and hunting AL you need to move! level 80+ can survive in a decent VoD fellow, even if your only a healer! a good example is youth (for those that know who he is). at lower levels that was what he did, but he did a GREAT job of it! dont mindlessly hunt for xp, although its comforting, you'll never earn the 30+ mil/hr you could be getting.
but i would have to agree with Khaz and Ian, you may want to consider raising OH's requied xp.
