Please some Admin explain these numbers to me simple Axer :)

Trekman the Axeman 176 Success 107.16 % 102.83 % 19 2003-06-27 18:31:41 51,606,309 720,922,578 1,068,371,885 751,250,750

We have a cap of 6 mil. per week. For the max. reporting period of 21 days that would mean 18 mil. Why does the "Required Quota" for 19 days say 720 mil. ?

6 mil. per week for 19 days = 16.2 mil.
My %quota is 107.16% which means I have produced 7.16% more than the required quota of 16.2 mil. So I have a credit of 1.15 mil. Why does my Credit/Debit say 51 mil ?

When I understand those numbers I will ask about the difference between Received and Earned. It is not the 25% Leadership bonus or the 1 bil. should be 938 mil....

Trekman, the best of my understanding is as follows:

Quota is the lesser of: 100% of the XP passed to you OR 93.75% of the XP passed to you with 6 million XP added per week. Whichever is the lesser of the two amounts is the quota.

The required quota of 720 million should be the amount of XP that will need to be passed up. That amount is equal to the 6 million XP per week cap, and also 93.75% of the XP that was passed up to you.

The %quota column will show 100% when you hit the lower of the two quota numbers. In almost all cases, the quota will be 93.75% plus 6 million XP per week. If you look at the bottom few characters in the Food Chain, their %quota and %vassal columns show the same figure because they do not receive enough XP from the chain for the 6 million cap to go into effect.

The last column (Received) column is what you received from the chain during the quota reporting period, in your case 751,250,750 XP.

The column next to that one (Earned), I'm honestly not sure what that is. I believe it is what shows as the total XP passed to your patron in your character panel ingame. If the value in this column is simply the amount show on your character screen, we can probably remove it from the display. I'm sure Ranger uses it in his calculations, but it might not serve a real purpose for the members, I'm not sure about that yet.

The next column (Required Quota), is the amount of XP you need to pass up in order to meet quota. This number is 93.75% of the Received column, plus 6 million XP per week. Also, you should probably note the quota isn't exactly 6 million per week; it has been rounded. The quota is added into the calcuations on a daily basis. The way Nakamuro Zataki's database handled this, and Ranger's has continued with the same methodology, is to add a daily quota requirement rather than divide a weekly number and then have to add that resulting answer back in. As a result, the actual quota for the Food Chain is 875K per day, which work out to just slightly over 6 million XP per week.

Anyway, the Required Quota column is 93.75% of the Received column, plus the added XP requirement per day of quota period, which in your case is 720,922,578.

The 107.16% in the % quota column means you added 107.16% of the XP you were required to add. The extra 7.16% works out to being roughly 51 million additonal XP you passed to your patron over the course of the reporting period.

It is late here; hoepfully what I wrote makes sense. :)

Somehow it does

My mistake was to define Quota as "the amount I have to add to the automatic pass-through of 93.75%".
I did not include the pass-through as it is done automagically (at least for me until I untrain Leadership).
You are right to include the pass-through because for the many Leadership-untrained toons it still requires manual action and consideration to keep the buffs & directs active to maintain the 93.75%, so for them that rate is not to be taken for granted.

Maybe after slaughtering a few more dozens of Olthoi Mutiliators I will get used to the numbers
To comprehend the implications of the 110% rule for OH promotion will take me a bit longer I guess
