I can honestly say the exp's are much better with the new OH chain. Whereas I was usually making 12 million an hour in some AL dungeons, I know can make up to 24 million!!!

So its working. However, I can perhaps discourage some peeps who are all horned up about moving to the top of the chain. I assure you, the top guys do not get the most exp's. Guys like Con Artist, and Sticky Fingers, and (surrounding toons) get the most exp's from what I've heard. Trust me!!

I've never been one to request move ups. The chain managers can vouch for that I'm sure. Of course, this doesn't work for everyone, and its not meant to be a marker or anything. Some peeps just OOZ exp's, and need to request a move up, or get moved up. etc. But I know the chain managers aren't blind, and they have a very attentive eye to what goes on. (MORE THAN YOU KNOW)

Hence, my message to say the OH appears to be working fine.

Well .. last night I logged in Shindhi and Flesh puppet and Phade.

Shin got 111 mil
Phade got 40 mil
Flesh Puppet got 70 mil

have a look at thier possitions

all were logged off around the same time and I checked them all around the same time..

That's pretty confusing though Phade. Shindhi seems to have multiple real vassals in addition to the chain vassal. If you compare your characters, what impacts the XP they receive is much less their position within the chain as it is the vassals below them. If you have nonchain vassals contributing, as appears to be the case with Shindhi, you really get some skewed numbers.
