Passup question...
Was working on my failed qouta this night and was around 4.5 mill behind, logged in and made 27 mill in a couple of hours but im still 1.7 behind. Am i missing something, because it looks to me like i only pass around 9-10% up from this ??? Loyalty/leader have been buffed the whole time, i have my 11 vassals etc.. Should i not be passing 20/25 % of the xp i make myself ?

Keep in mind:
Of that 27 million XP hunted, some of it was also given to you by the chain. XP Tracking programs like El-tank and XP-o-Meter can't distinguish what XP is earned from vassals and what xp is earned from hunting. It doesn't look to me like there is any flaws in the Tracking System. Just keep at it, and let us know if there are any further problems.

Another thing to keep in mind too is that the days when you update can make a huge difference in what the chain page reports concerning quota. If I remember right, you were gone for a week or so Delindra? Unless someone updates every day, the quota numbers can jump all over the place. It will take the most current information it has and go back 21 days (or as far as it can within that 21 day period) to the oldest update you have.
What can happen if, say, you updated on Mon, Tues, and Wed of last week, and then get to update again until Friday on THIS week is this: You quota was looking okay, it was looking okay, everything is still looking good, and then when you update, maybe the Mon, Tues, Wed fell off the calendar. All of a sudden, the XP you posted during those three days of hunting don't help your quota anymore. It's possible your quota numbers can actually look worse after you come back from a few days of not hunting, but they will work themselves out as you get more datapoints posted for the chain page to work with.
Try to hunt and update for another couple of days in a row if you can, and see if the numbers don't start straightening themselves out.
Bottom line: I'm sure you're doing fine. It will just take the numbers a few days to balance out again.
