Nope, not too late for the first round of insertion orders, but mostly because I got busy playing tonight and forgot to log out and take care of this:). I will work up a listing of who has stated they want in (you can read this thread to find the names too) and will begin posting restructure orders in the morning.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind as we approach this. The first consideration will be to keep the Food Chain intact, so, before insertion orders are posted for the new section, swear around orders will be completed in the Food Chain. As people are clear in the Food Chain, we will start putting them back together again in the new section.
The second thing to keep in mind is that the order structure in the new section will mirror the current order structure in the Food Chain as much as possible. That was stated in the original post, but I don't know if everyone noticed it. The reasoning behind it is to preserve as much as possible the current vassal/patron relationship. Some of the characters are moving together and have been sworn in the same position for a long time; it would be a waste to start building the loyalty bonus for ingame time over again. Basically, the new section will be a compressed version of the current Food Chain structure, only it will be made up of only those characters who are moving to the higher quota section. All new inserts later will swear at the bottom of the 126 section and move ups will be handled on an as-needed basis.
I will answer the various questions that were raised in earlier posts in this thread tomorrow also, or at least that's the plan.
Happy hunting to all.

I read a book saying that women are from venus, all right? So here's what you get her: Thick layers of sulfuric acid, viscous surface rock, and coronae which seem to be collapsed domes over large magma chambers. Here's $5.
