not worried about the damage(i.e wield reqs),but needs to be ws 5(or lower) with at least +14a and the spells BD and HS.I hate buffing and I am trying to get a set of equipment together that I dont need to buff.

p.s. I am poor in most items of trade value,though I do have some plats and mmd notes.
