Trade/Swap Majors(Major Focus, Major Weapon Tink)

My Awsome vassal just gave my trade mule a Major Weapon Tinkering helm. Problem is I have a Major Focus Helm. So I would like to do a swap.
Major Weapon Tinkering Helm for a Major Weapon Tinkering(either girth, sols, sleeves, or hands)
or
Major Focus Helm for a Major Focus(girth, sols, sleeves, or hands)

I have major focus sleaves
what are the reqs on the helm? req's on the sleves are arcane only, 279 I think

The Major Focus Helm has reqyuirements of...
Arcane Lore 161
Melee D 262
I'm assuming u r using the majors for your tinker as opposed to using the helm for battle? If so I can get all the specs if u wish...
Now I pray you have Melee D to be able to use the Helm!!
