Hmmm - I read that as "either WS4 or AL below 200+"

I may even have such a thing muled somewhere....but in times of Olthoi Armor is it still viable ?
Does a toon of level 39- need such high AL ?
And for 40+ the Olthoi Armor's AL400 with good protections on the whole body compared to a AL200+ hauberk (usually with mediocre elemental protections) even with all 10 tinkers......
The 60+ and especially the 80+ armor blow tinkered hauberks away.....

But I will check my mules
