Baudren parts

Anyone have the Mattekar hide or Auroch hide for the Baudren? Gimme a holler

I need buadren parts for Shane.

I spent 3 hours at the fire auroch pasture north of the dires and killed 300+ of them. No hides.

I spent another 2 hours in the mountians between Linvak and mattekar slopes housing. Killed 100+ dreads, and no hide.

I have only seen one oak golem in the past 6 months, and he had a trunk that i used for Merryweathers buadren.

If anybody has some better suggestions for where to hunt these damn things, please tell me.

For treetrunks, head to plateau village. take "last stop before dires villas" settlement portal. head north and slightly west. you'll start running into oak golems fairly soon. I've killed a bunch from 25 to 30 N and around 50 W. Got several trunks without even trying. (they were all on DT, or I would give you one).

For the Matty hide, go to the Lugian Camp at 67.7S 33E (Mattekar Slopes Cottages Portal in Qal). I got mine there in about 5 min.

the fire auroch pasture IS the best place I know of to get the hide. Like you I camped it for several hours once and got nothing. FINALLY one dropped. Another bunch of em spawned before I left, and since I had 5 min left on my buffs, I decided to kill them also before I left. Surprise, I got a second hide! It's all in the odds, hang in there and you'll get one.

I believe the Slaughterhouse dungeon also has a static spawn of fire aurochs that can be camped as well if your looking for hides.

i have the peices to make mine for my bow -- sry i could be much help -- but ty for info on where the parts r found.....now i need to get in chain and lvl up and go kill some monsties to get the stuff for when i lvl my mage up....
