Welcoming Urrasa back to the chain.

The following need to be done in the order posted.
Since Urrasa is still sworn to Valcor the Mage.

1) Vitos(187) find and swear to Urrasa(210)

2) set the correct key vassal

Post when each step is complete.

Urrasa was already vassal.

I updated her as KEY Vassal..
