I run that quest often, with a good group it will take about 1 hour or less, I have done it in 20 mins though =D

Depending on what times people play, I can run this as well. I am pretty familiar with this quest and have lead it a few times. All that is needed is a group of 4 people (three if someone has lockpick) and the time to do it. I am not, however, as fast at it as Keeb is, but I also tend to be a very cautious quest leader as I hate having to do CR's aftwards
