That or a different buffing app besides Tank.
I've uninstalled all decal and rebuilt from ground zero using current versions of everything. I've got everything installed except <msxml3usa>. I keep getting this error:
NERFUSFILTER_V1 caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:653529c0.

Anyone got any pointers? My expertise with this was exhausted some time ago and I'm now shooting in the dark.

You also posted on Christmas Eve and the holidays are strange (schedule wise) for everyone. Just because there was 9 views doesn't mean those people knew how to help.

Yeah, holidays are screwy. Lots of people off work, afk, yadda, yadda. Mostly I posted to let folks know that the problem was solved.
Tried saphire. Didn't like it. Not easy enough for me to customize profiles. That or too hard for me to bother with figuring out. Either way, playing three characters with drastically different equipment and abilities, I need lots of profiles, and I didn't see that option available in saphire.
Problem was I installed the parts of MSXML3 in reverse somehow

Downloaded them in the wrong order or something. Go figure? Anyway, its fixed now, and I've a well earned sense of accomplishment about me for managing to solve it myself. Especially considering my forte is with sqooshy, green, wriggley things, & not computers.
I tell ya, having the computer tell you its "working just fine" and then nailing it for a liar will bring a smile to my face every time.

*Usually* "invalid page fault" has nothing to do with an application itself like the famous "general protection fault" has.
*Usually* "invalid page fault" means something is screwy in/with your Windows PageFile.
*Usually* "invalid page fault" errors randomly occur in the various applications and services.
*Unusually* "invalid page fault" happens in exactly one application.
Either it is really NerfFilter's fault or you did have tremendous luck so far that this error did not pop up in other programs....
Do you still have this problem ?

Nah, all fixed Trekman! Was operator error like it usually is, but the machine wasn't telling me that in a language I could comprehend.
Computer says to you:"Dipstick, you installed the files wrong. First A then B." Okay?"
You say to computer: "Hey, thanks!"
But then, a lot of tech support staff would be out of jobs, wouldn't they?
