With treestats two, I have seen the post 126 level support and I would like to make use of it, but I am one of those people out there who doesnt like to upload statistics due to the lag it causes over my network.... so before I download it, is there any surefire way to disable the upload features?

yes, when you open it, there's a check box to disable sending the info.
