won't let me install MJ , error 1904

it says something like "error 1904: c:\program files\meginjarder\meginjarder.dll failed to register HResult: 2147023739"

?? i first tried installing version 2.2.0.5, then i realized there was a newer version so i d/l that, and i get same error with each version.

uninstall and reinstall

you mean uninstall decal? lol i just barely installed it. And this is the first time i have ever tried to install MJ, and it won't even install, so i can't uninstall it yet

but if you think uninstalling decal and re-installing will help, i will try.

also i have latest version of everything, and did windows update to get all the latest windows updates.

still don't know what was causing the problem, but just before I threw MJ into the trash bin, I tried it one more time and it installed..

went ingame and it was running fine, I should be good now. Thanx for trying to help.

FYI - the HResult: 2147023739 you posted means "One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found."

Did you install MJ while Decal was running when this error occured ? Then one of Decal's other DLLs might have been locked....
