Help ERROR MESSAGE!!!

When i log on i get this message: MySQL query failed: UPDATE Members SET LastOnline = NOW(), Location=3295412506, FLID=0, WantFellowship=0 WHERE CID = 1342774671

Fixed.
A database table was corrupt again.
Does any MySQL guru know why that Error 144 and 145 and corrupted tables are happening again and again ?
I will update MySQL from 4.0.13 to 4.0.14 now - hopefully this is a more stable release.
Microsoft SQL-Server never has these problems, but migrating MJ databases and server pages is too much work at the moment....
