Body Recovery Team

There is a new feature now called Body Recovery Team. I have done many CR for people. This is a good resource for people when they need help and i'm not on.

Look under the Mbr Tab and at the bottom of the drop down box. It will tell you who is on the Team and who is on-line. If they are online, you can click their name and it will populate the chain box with their name for you. You just have to type "Hi, can you please O please help me get my body?"

ok, Question.

I asked about the Corpse Recovery Team thing about 2 weeks ago with the High Council.

They have also agreed for me to be in it. Well I am not on the Corpse Recovery Team on Meginjarder.....

whats going on??

The CR team is a volutneer army. You have to add yourself. If you click the link above for tips and tricks, it will show you how to add yourself.

Panzerfaust, no offense or anything but thats not a good idea to do that, like the HC said before. Last time they did that there was like 30 people, shouldn't we have a set of list people being CR team??

Actually, having a static list doesn't work. That's what we had before. All we had was a set list. But, only a few of us ever helped with corpse recoveries. There's also no way of knowing who is online without @telling each on the list.

MJ will show you who is online and it's dynamic, so when someone volunteers, it's live and when someone checks, the list is updated automatically. We can also have our website point to a live page that updates there too.

It's just my personal belief that this is something that doesn't need to be managed. It's something that we should volunteer for individually. I think it will work much better using MJ.

you can add yourself by typing the command

/mbr set brt=1

You dont have permission to set Body Recovery Team flag for any members.

Oops - in the new server scripts apparently you cannot add yourself to the Recovery Team anymore without at least *some* administrative privileges.

I added Town Crier to the BRT myself - and will browse through the server scripts soon do find out the new logic....
