in need of some connection help

my dad just set up a wireless network in my room..... when i log onto AC everything is fine but then about 3 or so minutes later my server connection is lost how do i fix this problem

wireless will work. I use it on my laptop and AC works fine. Make sure you have a good connection. Most network traffic is internittent, but AC uses a constant stream.
Most wireless cards have some diagnostics in the software that comes with them.

i tried a direct connection i still lag out *sigh*

Also Stumpy, if you have more than one PC using the wireless connection, you may have to specify a port on the AC setting selection when you first start up the game. Something different than what the other computer is using.. I had the same problem when I got Tav's computer working. Allowing it to determine the port automatically caused problems with us.
