Actually its Windows98 SE
Second Edition
they added USB support along with some other features and improvments.
if you don't get it by the time I get home around 5pm ish let me know and I'll see where it is and send it to you
hmm. wonder if that breaks any copywrite laws

go download that, microsoft.com downloads on the left hand side. it will be one of the top 5 downloads

Yes, I am looking for the 1990 Swedish version of Windows.

I have downloaded the newest version with service pack. I honestly think there is a compat issue with this file for some people. I can't even register or UNregister this dll file.
when I do regsvr32 it give me a horrible mean nasty error. Even meaner than the one it gives me when I try to unregister it with the /u.
I know that MSTime.dll is for animated grapics, if anyone has Win98 Special Edition and running IE6 Without problems, I'd appreciate a copy of that .dll file.

Ok, in trying the Regsvr32, I get the follwing error:
LoadLibrary("mstime.dll") failed
GetLastError returns 0x00000485
