Uploading avatars

Can someone tell me how to upload a avatar to site. Oh and thx to whoever made this one I hope i can borrow till I get my own.

Panzer is working on a script for uploading, there is a first version that functions, but not sure if it is publicly available yet. If you dont get any reply, try send him a PM directly.
