Heart Attack :(

I just found out today that I had a heart attack. I got to go have more tessts Monday. At least it didnt kill me. I cant eat any more high cholesterol foods. I have to start taking better care of myself so I can watch my one year old son grow up.
This is a lesson to us all that even at 37 it can happen, take care of yourselfs.

Try some Swedish müsli (natural, without added suggar), a good way to start the day.

. The upside is that you are still alive and you found out this way, it could have been tons worse. Count your blessings and live your live to the fullest. And you BETTER take care of yourself if for noone else but that baby. He needs you. Or I'll come ummm...ummm...beat you up or something

oh wow....this is getting to be so common....are you a female by chance?
One of my younger sisters had a heart attack on her 42 nd b-day....it scared the crap out of me and I got mine checked, was put on cholesteral lowing meds, quit smoking, etc......my sister after 6 mo's of feeeling better went back to her old habits and starting smoking again and eating poorly....once again she has another attack almost 1 year to the date from the last...I think she has some permanent damage this time...
Good luck...take care...please do whatever is necessary to prevent another.....not everyone is fortunate enough to survive a heart attack....you have...that is a blessing in itself....

DL, I am a male. I think I can attribute this to my eating habits, my family history, stress and anxiety over the last few years. I think I just need someone to cast a Heal Other 7 on me for a while.
