To any clan member in good standing that wants to start new

I will be rolling some type of a heavy melee toon here real soon. Mabie a sword swinger or an axe toon. Here is the chance to make a lvl 1 mule and lvl it, get a few above me and go to town. If you want to make a lvl 1 to put over me then post here. There are a few kickers though.

1. This is all subject to approval of high council.
2. Loyalty must be spec, leader trained so people will get the xp flow.
3. For the first lvls you must up nothing but Loyalty/leader till it is buffed to 200ish loyalty, 164 leader.
4. People who put mules in this need to be long standing member of clan, in good standing with high council.
5. Tree-stats or one of the reporting programs must be used.
6. Would like to keep the same mules inline, so the 240 hour bonus kicks in.

Any ideas please post them here, any high council member please post with comments. Also anyone that is planning a reroll and wants to help please post also.

I have a lvl 45 trade mule spec leader/loyalty that could use some xp. I'd even help with the leveling with my 100 BM.

Probably a good idea to get with the casual chain managers. You could stick some rerolls under the CC.

Yes, i asked them to post here if there was a problem.

As for the lvl 35 and 100, this would not be a chain so to speak. I am talking about people who want a trade mule and are starting from lvl 1, i will swear my reroll under a few. They can then raise the loyalty/leader so the other mules above can get the most xp possable. I didnt want this to turn into a chain scenario. all im offering is to push from the bottom some trade/tinker mules, if we are at bottom of casual chain it makes no diff to me.
